Our Vision

To be the most customer-focused indigenous engineering, construction, facilities maintenance and marketing company in the oil and gas industry, playing a leadership role in teamwork and mutually beneficial partnering.

OCO is a Nigerian company incorporated on 27th January 1995 with registration number RC 264319 as an integrated industrial services company. OCO operates from its own yard measuring 105 meters by 78 meters located at plot 77c Trans Amadi Industrial Layout in Port Harcourt. The company has two fully equipped fabrication shops measuring 36 meters by 18 meters and 24 meters by 9 meters. OCO operate under ISO 9001:2015(cert #: 0000821) and Nigeria content equipment certificate (cert #: NCEC/FC-C-5/4098).

OCO complies with and fully committed to the NOGIC Act 2010 of the Federal Government of Nigeria. Having operated for over two decades in Nigeria, the company has developed an understanding of the local business environment and an intimate working relationship with indigenous subcontractors and suppliers. The company operates a deliberate policy of transfer of technology, expertise and general competence from its foreign technical experts to Nigerians
